The down side of the appointment, she still has an ear infection. She's had this on going ear infection since the beginning of May. We have had her on Amoxicillian then Zithromax and now we are going to try Pediazole. I do not want to go down this same path as we did with Talon. He had to have tubes at 11 months and I do not want to have to put her through a surgery, she's way too little. I'm hoping it's a combination of her cold she had and her teething. Pediazole was the ONLY thing that worked for Talon so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it works for her as well. So needless to say, with shots

London's 6 month appointment
Yesterday was London's 6 month well checkup. She is doing very well. She weighed in at a whopping 18lbs 3oz and measured 27 inches. She is in the 80th percentile for both weight & height and 85th for her head circumfrence. Her pediatrician was very pleased with her growth. She is sitting up pretty well now, however, she does tower over now and again. She's not crawling yet, I don't know if she will. She'd rather stand propped up, so this tells me she might be a quick walker. Which I would like it if she could hold off a little bit. Her first word was dada, and she just babbles that all the time, I love hearing her talk. She is eating very well, she loves all her fruits & veggies, hopefully she'll continue this good streak of eating and not become like her brother(he's not a very aggressive eater)! She has cut her first tooth as well last weekend.
