We ran the Allegan Strides for Health 5k the past weekend. It was perfect weather, cool and cloudy! Rob and I ran out best times yet. Rob coming in at 24:58 & myself at 25:02. After we ran the 1 mile kids fun run with Talon. He did SO good. My niece Maddie & nephew Carter wanted to run as well so they joined us. All the kids did so well for being so early in the morning!
