MSU Heart of a Spartan Race

This weekend Rob & Talon went to Quin's house for his birthday party and MSU safe house race. This was the kick-off of race season for Talon. Rob & Ray ran the 5k and the boys stood aside with a friend of Ray's. I guess it was pretty rainy for them during this race. Then Talon & Quin ran the 1 mile kid fun run. We had been taking Talon down to the track to practice and he was doing very well. The few times that we took him there he was doing between an 11:10-11:38 minute per mile pace. He finished his first race, 1 mile, at 10:58! So proud of him. Quin came in not too much behind Talon. All kids received medals & a T-Shirt! Great job boys!
